Chef, Crossfitter, Restaurant Owner, Amateur Cellist

Delyn has been an active Crossfiter since 2009. He enjoys weightlifting and doing benchmark WODs. He knows that there is always room for improvement on his snatch and clean and jerk.

Delyn understands the importance of living a healthy lifestyle. Exercise and eating well are not luxuries. They are necessities for one’s wellbeing.

He is also a chef and owner of Daw Yee Myanmar Café est. 2012. Daw Yee is the name of Delyn’s mother who consistently provides motivation, inspiration, and a positive spirit to his culinary journey.

He spends most of his time cooking, eating at new eateries, reading recipes, sharing about food on social media and liking food pictures on Instagram.

He is an amateur cellist. He is proud to play happy birthday on his cello.

Michaela knows that real food reigns supreme. As a dietitian specializing in food sensitivities and diet-free weight loss, she uses wholesome foods to help and heal her clients.

She also knows that you can have your cookie and eat it too. Teaching cooking classes, experimenting in the kitchen, and developing recipes for special diets led her to tinkering with fiber-rich TigerNut flour in the pursuit of a healthful baking mix that is tasty too. Et voilà! Bonjour Nibblee Bits!

Michaela isn’t afraid of fat, especially when it comes from almonds. Fat is satisfying, makes our bellies content, and is downright delicious. It’s even better when complimented by fiber and protein with just the right amount of sugar to make a delectable, nibble-able bite you feel good eating.

Weight lifting and Crossfit put Michaela in beast mode. When she’s not a beast, she is singing, dancing, and jabbering in foreign languages.
